We also want to provide you with helpful advise on how to care for your home improvement, after we have completed the proposed install.

Due to the wide variety of glazing options and solutions, taking into consideration any building alterations that may be needed, we would require and provide a home appointment ahead of submitting and providing a quotation. We aim for our expert surveyors to accommodate you and to be with you within 5 working days of your enquiry.

Due to the extensive range we provide, we aim to fulfil our obligation to our customers to supply and install within 6 weeks of all orders being processed. this changes depending on design and profile material used. uPvc generally being the quickest is 1-3 weeks, aluminium 4-5 weeks all timber products 6-10 weeks.

Any jobs including building alterations and oversized frames/glass, an estimated lead time will be provided to ensure your build continues to a schedule.

We have dedicated teams with different skill sets to provide you with a quality install. All or lead installers are fully qualified, we also have apprentices who have an excellent work ethic and are coming along to our high expectations.

What are the payment terms?

We offer a free no obligation survey and quotation. to enable us to process the order, we require an initial 50% deposit and the remaining 50% due 24hrs in advance of the installation commencement.

Do you provide a FENSA certificate?

All replacement windows and doors in existing structures will be certified by FENSA. This is issued after the install has been completed.  and usually arrives via email or post within 30 day after.

All our frames come with a 10 year warranty.

Glass 5 year warranty.

Moving components are 1 year.

Workmanship guarantee is 5 years. (excluding silicone work)

All agreed proposed works will be provided with an estimated install length, this is stated and agreed prior to the order being processed ensuring you are fully aware.

We aim to provide a quality install. If any problems occur after the installation we will look into the problem and provide a solution. Our team are always on hand to assist.
